Landing page and multi-step form are next on the list. Visitor tracking is live — every first page view already creates a record with a random ID, the referrer, the IP and the device info.

Not being recorded

Tracking is switched off for this page in Settings → General → Track the landing page. The page is served normally, but this visit is not written to the visitor or click tables. Form pages and client sites are unaffected.

Try attribution tracking

Append UTM parameters to the URL and the visitor record picks them up, e.g. /?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=spring_q3
